Help Keep Redwood Shores Clean!

The Redwood Shores Community Association (RSCA) organizes the annual family fun event Redwood Shores Levee Cleanup in August. For the 2022 cleanup, Save the Shores (STS) will be joining RSCA’s cleanup to help keep our nearly seven-mile-long levee clean for our community and wildlife.

All residents and admirers of our beautiful Shores are welcome to join this worthy event to enjoy a beautiful summer day while giving back to our environment. Volunteers will be assembled into teams and assigned cleanup areas. Kids, parents, adults, and seniors are welcome and encouraged to get involved. This event is also an excellent opportunity for students and others who need to complete a few hours of community service. Family work groups handle their areas at their own pace; all help keep these bountiful nature trails debris-free.

We hope you will join this worthy event. Please wear good walking shoes and consider bringing a set of gloves; RSCA will provide pickup tools, collection bags, and snacks.
